Juan Manuel Ferrer

Juan Manuel Ferrer is an industrial engineer from the University of Seville and a specialist in business management and administration from the Polytechnic University of Madrid. He has developed his entire professional career in industrial multinationals such as SIEMENS, ROCKWELL AUTOMATION, GENERAL ELECTRIC and SMC. He is also a professor of the Industry 4.0 module within the Master in Instrumentation and Control ISA/REPSOL, as well as a professor and regular speaker on this speciality in postgraduate and specialisation courses. He is a member of the executive committee of the International Society of Automation (ISA) in Spain, previously serving as its president. He currently works as a Technology Specialist in Industry 4.0 | IOT | Big Data at Telefónica Tech.
